fill in the gap!! load up the site with google ads, then pray that you make enough money from the ads to pay for the fines your site gets... Hope theres some cash left over when its all said and done....

Seems to me that a lot of sites are playing on the legal loop holes, hoping that they throw enough mud at the wall long enough to turn a profit, even after getting shut down and the fines are paid for...

Whats there to loose? you create a C corp. so your personally not liable for anything, make money through whatever gets people to hit your site, getting $$ from the ads, and then when a law suite comes by that destroys your site, whatever money you have made is probably going to be more than what the fines are for. The site, and corp gets dissolved, and you walk away free and clear with whatever money is left...

to be honest, this is so pointless - all that will happen is within about 3 seconds of rapidshare closing down, everyone will just go to the other sites that host things - or there will be a new site called veryquickshare
