No, they are EXACTLY the same to me. I looked at the beginning frame and a random frame in the middle, and compared the exact same frames on each tab in Firefox and switched back and forth and couldn't tell a difference, despite how hard I hoped I could.

They aren't even slightly different, even when not comparing quality. They're identical.

This is false.

No... There is a big difference between them. Make sure you are opening both links, and not one twice.

Look at the handlebars.

While I don't think1Mbit is necessarily slow that doesn't mean I wouldn't rather have a line 10-50x the speed. Once I get my own place, I'll look into faster internet. I don't download games, music or movies so It's fine for me at the moment. Updating Steam games takes forever though, which sucks.

And I should note that my dorm connection is extremely low latency. It's just capped, which is fine for gaming.
Are there any houses near your dorm? Could you hop on to one of their unsecured WiFi networks and use that?

I'd rather DVR Rob and Big to see Meaty skate - that is hilarious, and it would look much better than on YouTube. And no high-speed connection required. Just a thought.

Not for about 1/2 mile in any direction. We literally have a moat around the campus.

You can see my building on the left.
