jamesman TPB and bittorrent aren't going to make life any easier for a fellow pirate. They can more or less do the same thing there. with the torrent technology they know to download up must also upload. so with that you would be guilty of distribution since you have to share.
__________________now all they have to do is connect to a tracker and then wait to see who connects to them. see the tracker does is keeps track of who wants the file who has the file and so on and then mixes and matches those users together. so when it paires someone up with a RIAA lacky the RIAA then gets your ip address at that moment as well as the name of the file that you where trying t odownload as they are using t he same torrent/tracker. same thing as with limewire though encrypting your connection won't work as they are not evesdropping your connection.
