I really feel sorry for the security risk manager there, but I still don't get it, why did they port Safari to Windows in the first place, isn't there any other way to promote iPhone's browser better than this!

On my 3-4 year old iMac FF is like a really fat bear trying to squeeze between two tightly planted trees. It's slow. Also, I really like the way Safari blends into OSX, how it does everything for you (unzips stuff, mounts stuff, etc.), and how the bookmarks are all flow-y when you move them. That is just my experience with it, and I'm sure FF is just as fast on a more recent machine, like my dads, but I still think it'd feel out of place. That's just my opinion though, nothing blazingly obvious.
