Seems like I have to wait for Sapphire to come out with the 8.6 hotfix version. The official driver doesn't seem to work with my 3850AGP

I have stumbled upon Catalyst 8.6 hotfix for AGP cards on AMD's site:

the image quality in call of duty 4 went in a black hole. not only that, but DiRT and GRID dropped down in fps by 10. that's 25%! i did notice a performance increase in Lost Planet, but it's not worth it. i also get this grainy texture in Mass Effect. but i didn't test it out with cat 8.5 (which are as of now, my favorite ATi drivers in the 8 series, it replaced 8.1)

just installed, works fine for me. Ran Vantage, and holy crap, i got a 1500 score improvement. Went from:
(P7218) http://service.futuremark.com/result...eResultType=19 to (P8719) http://service.futuremark.com/result...eResultType=19
