Then you've got a crap cable connection. It took me less than 1 minute on a 5Mbps cable connection (which is certainly nothing special). Besides, it's not as if you can't do other things on your PC while downloading.

What are you using, a Pentium III? I just installed Adobe Reader 9 - it took less than 2 MINUTES. Oh, and you're complaining about 210MB? Give me a break. What do you have, a 40GB HDD? Even if it does take 10 minutes, who cares? You can't find anything better to do than stare at your computer screen and think up a smug, sarcastic blog entry?

Adobe Reader 9 launches in less than 1 second, both from FireFox and my Desktop. You either have a terribly slow and/or old computer, or it's just running poorly because don't know how to optimize it.
Oh, and by the way, I did this is on a 4 year old rig (Athlon XP 2500+/Asus A7N8X-E motherboard/1GB Corsair DDR400 RAM/Radeon 9700Pro GFX card).
