Before you guys think this is another Linux fanboy post, I personally found the Linux Live CDs very useful in the Windows support environments at work. This was before I started dual booting Linux with Windows. I think a lot of us can benefit from this, even if you don't need to replace Windows with Linux. Consider it a handy IT tool in your utility box.

i use tools like gparted (gnome partition editor), but i use winPE tools much more.
