Why would you upgrade firefox 2 when firefox 3 is out? I'm confused.
They should be spending time fixing issues in firefox 3.

Think of it this way, either they fix the firefox 2 issues and we complain about them not fixing firefox 3 issues, or they fix the firefox 3 issues and the people who still use firefox 2 will complain.
__________________Granted, I'd expect there to be more people using firefox 3 now but for them its a double edged sword.

Actually, there are some compatibility issues with FF3 on some business apps. Certain Citrix setups will not run on FF3 currently so it is in their best interest to keep up support for FF2.
