Mine wasn't working at first. I was downloading the whole suite with ccc and the driver, and the message was coming up about there being no ati device. Then i installed just the driver and it started working. I think they screwed up the package that i was downloading because it didn't seem to contain the actual driver. Give it a try, it worked for me. Im on vista 32 though.

Anybody tested it with their 2 4870X2s? The 8.8 was suppose to help that the most.

Good luck trying to install 8.8. All I'm getting is this crap after installing:

SAME Catalyst BS, when updating their drivers.

With the 8.8 and ccc default, overdrive enabled and fanspeed 35% i'm experiencing tearing during the 3dmarkvantage performance run.

*I just remembered that some antispyware live scan options interfere with gaming and benchmarking. my ca antispyware did do that and when i disabled live scan it stopped tearing in 3dmarkadvantage. now i think my current antivirus nod32 is the cause.
