really, IMO - CS3 was better. Hell CS2 was better still.
It just adds 1 or 2 new cool features and a very weird layout. Oh and 3D stuff too. [In Photoshop]

They were accidentally released in mid October. It was unintentional and required a "trick" on their site. They actually expect people to download it now - no downloading voodoo required.
