I do know how to uninstall drivers. Hell the Installer comes with an uninstall option. Anyway. I uninstalled then reinstalled the drivers. I've gotten nothing but issues with it.

Heck i had 20-30FPS on wurm online with the 8.11's downgraded to 8.10 went back to up to 50-60.

I had to go to techpowerup to get the 8.10's since ATi's site seems to be broken atm.

I found a solution to the stuttering in FC2. Open the console and type gfx_maxfps 30 and for me all stutters went away.

lol are you crazy? limit the fps to 30?! hahah need a good 50 at least!

This is just getting dumb -.- Havn't been able to update my drivers since 8.6, So all the latest games act like crap.

Contantly get the error -

'No ATI graphics driver is installed, or the ATI driver is not functioning properly' with anything above 8.6 no matter what i do -.-

FC2 turns out in rainbow colors, like everything has been spraypainted.


Guess i'll have to format and try...

I've attached a simple guide to this post. I advise that anyone who is having problems with newer driver versions to follow my guide and see if using that method solves your problems with newer drivers.

WOW THIS DRIVERS SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!

nice colors everywhere in Far cry 2, and my pc crashed, wouldnt OC my 4870x2...
Aint that great? So I went back to 8.10, works like a charm!
