TriplePlay: Use one of dells driver packages for your specific chipset. Extract and install. Then it will work, just haveto get the right one.

The real question: does it support injection?

Ralink were one of the better wireless devices. Look up the chipset model exactly and I'm pretty sure you'll find support for it.
