I assure you that nobody who uses this emulator goes through the hassle of legitimately ripping bios from a ps2 Well, almost nobody. I'm sure there are a few loons out there who have.

Put it this way:
My cousin has a PS2 that has a shattered lenses, and about 60 games.
He plans on getting a PS3, but doesn't want to buy another PS2 to play his games.

This emulator now fits the bill.

GSdx 0.1.14 is the fastest graphics plugin with my 4870 but make sure you're running pixel shader 3.0 in the options.

Ive got the games but my ps2s kept dying..ive got 4 sitting there, i could make a working one from all the broken ones but why bother when i can use this and play at a higher res..good stuff.
