I really hated that i had to reinstall windows because of this. Which killed my folding. Dam you Microsoft for not allowing me to upgrade.

well you agreed that you would be ok with doing that when you signed up fort he beta

states that you can use the beta until it runs out, and when it does you will have to clean install to the next testing release, or revert back to XP or Vista
or upgrade to retail copy of 7 when its out

(not the exact text but just sum up)

another reason why i don't really test beta operating systems, because you have to reformat each time a new version comes out, or revert back to older windows

id rather just wait until it comes out, or test it once

i did download the RC, but i havn't tested it because Vista is setup so well atm
and it's only like 4 months or so until release, so i can wait

So... 7077 is ok? I haven't started rebooting yet but I thought this was the beta, not an RC.
