Same here, I ditched FF for Chrome half a year ago. I just miss ad-block, but except for that I'm extremely happy with it.

Chrome is my main browser, but I do use FF 3.5 for Battlefield Heroes. The biggest obstacle for Chrome, in my opinion at least, is that most Americans don't even know what a browser is.

This should explain it well: youtube video of google asking people on the street "what is a browser?"

Pretty sad, really.

i use safari because is FAST!! also, google chrome is based on the Web Kit engine, like safari. that's why they are very simmiler to each other. right now, i'm on opera. it's good too.

I'm still waiting on Chrome for OS X. I demoed it on my brother's PC and fell in love. I never knew one could lust over a web browser.

I'm waiting for it as well, but until it gets these plugins going like Ad Block, I can't see myself using it that much.

Why would Google, whose specialty is advertisements, ever promote or support Chrome's ad block functionality?

I dig Safari as well. I LOVE Top Sites. But the thing I can't figure out that's a deal breaker for me is, links always open in a new window instead of a new tab. I can't get this to work the way I want it to on either PC or Mac. It's frustrating enough for me to use another browser.

if google chrome has same adds on as FF, i would GLADLY switch to Google Chrome.
