The problem is new people who post in the news section because it gets more exposure... They already know they're not supposed to post here but they do it anyway... Or they're just spammers advertising the latest nike shoe knockoff store or video converter.

Pretty much all of them have 0 rep. A minimum rep limit would do this forum wonders.
