Really there is a pretty rigid formula for overclocking, I doubt it would be too hard to code an OC'ing algorithm.

Kinda makes me want to dust off the Arduino.

LOL. I think this will work for light oc'ing. But for most of us on OCN who are looking for 40-50% oc, there's no way that utility will work for us.

I think they really missed the point of overclocking all together.

Firstly OC'ing is not hard, an idiot can do it
Secondly overclockers enjoy the tedious process of tweaking, attractive yoga girls generally don't built computers...
Thirdly, if the point of overclocking is to get the most performance, then this fails anyway

I think Asus needs to remember who their audience is on this one

LoL@That Video.....

The i7 is so easy to OC with much higher gains then that program will ever yield.

But i guess if you can't spend 10 mins reading instead of doing stuff that's uneducational then sure. Buy that motherboard and continue to be ignorant. It's ok, they want you to be sheep.

Nice video.

I like the idea of being able to use features such as this along with MSI's OC Genie simply because it gives you a good base from which to start but ultimately the BIOS is the way to go to truly get the maximum overclock dialed in for 24/7 use.

How is insulting the customer base supposed to yield more sales? Dumb yoga chicks aren't the ones shopping for these boards, it's the manual OC guys like me-the ones you just offended- and because of this crappy video I'm definitely not buying that motherboard.

Completely misses the point of putting some sacrifice, time investment and even risking your hardware to achieve the maximum possible performance out of the pc.

They are just trying to freaking trend OCing like its the "new cool thing to do" so the next time you see some guy at best buy he will tell you "you can overclock this RAM from 4GBs to 8GBs with this feature!!! hURRAY!!

Also isn't that a high end board ? most pc users will buy a pc for what that MB alone will cost. Also i wouldn't dare to hit my PC with anything not even a rose :P

Must admit the ending was epic.....
