Oh that guy next door is stupid.
Oh that guy I made a burger at work was stupid.

true.

as for brick and mortar stores, most of the time the sales people are idiots - they shouldn't try and make themselves look smart - they aren't.

OH yeah. I walked into a multitude of mobile phone shops one day looking for a Sony M2 USB adaptor. NONE of them had a clue what I was talking about and tried to sell me new memory cards. One (t-mobile) tried to sell me a new phone with an SD slot.

The only person to actually get it, was a sole trader on a market stall.

Those guys are there for something. They don't like their job? get another one.
So you're gonna try to sue someone for calling you stupid? QQ some more as you're laughed out of the courtroom.

I understand how that Facebook page may be bad for customer service and appearance of the company in general, but it's hardly breaking any laws or "violating your rights."

I got my netbook from Currys - do you hope I was ripped off?

freedom is good, but you need some discipline to balance it up, everyone's too free to treat education as a joke (including life lessens, limitations, respect, relations so on so on) as result,

High Stupid Rate

many retail customer come give u hassle not for what they really go for, but for one single fact that they have the rights to do so, no no no , human nature's nothing to do with it,lack of self control and respect.

I often get ppl complaint about the stupidest things and proud of themselves for doing so, somehow it makes them feel mature.....

Customer : How Much is Photocopy
Me : $0.07 per copy
Customer : Okay

Many Copies Later

Customer : it's too expensive, so on so on place did it for 4 cents.
Me : Sir, I already explained the price,
Customer : Come ON (with a gay smile)

"Snaps" Pisses me right off with that come on

Me : sorry, no can do, we are not charity or government organizations, that's 7 cents per copy
Customer Mumbles "that's too expensive, i never come back again"

and that happens so often makes me wonder, are everyone really that poor or this freedom just got way out of hand?

BS. I only deal with overclockers for my pc parts, and Ive had a great experience with their customer service when I needed to replace my ram, and they're technical support team is good too. The prices are very competitive also.
