I work for PC World, and I have to say, anyone in the company who is foolish enough to go on public sites and throw slander at customers should really look at themselves.

I wouldnt ever dream of doing it.

Is that supposed to be a joke? Is the the term "clinically stupid" some kind of medical definition now? Look up the definition of stupid and keep reading.

Subjective insults like the one in question (name calling) don't fall into the category of slander (spoken defamation) - at least, not where law is concerned. They fall into the category of unfalsifiable opinion. Expressing such an opinion, last I heard, was not illegal (in most free nations or states).

Do you seriously believe that simply calling someone a bad name like "stupid" is somehow against the law, or violating someones rights? Give me a break. Like I said earlier, get prepared to be laughed out of the courtroom.

A lot of customers are stupid, personally I wouldn't have a problem posting that on a 'facebook' page so long as no names are mentioned (which I don't believe any have been), why lie and say all customers aren't awkward? its human nature to be mad if someone is being a pain in the butt.

As for prices for PC world, Curries, Commet etc (big high street retail companies) they do rip you off, guaranteed you can find it almost half the price new on the net.
