This advertisement is great. The fact that we are reading a NEWS ARTICLE and TALKING ABOUT this advertisement for Windows 7 makes it a MASSIVE success. Just like those creepy Burger King commercials.

That attitude is actually significantly more racist than anything you can pull from that video. The fact that you are angry that one ad did not have an Asian in it is terrible. Do Asians have to be in EVERY commercial for you to be happy? Does EVERY commercial need to have white people in it? Does EVERY commercial need Scandinavian, Hispanic, Indian, native American and black people in it? What about all the other races that I didn't list, do they need to be in EVERY advertisement too?

Get off your horse and start thinking about the big picture for a minute.

Windows 7 will be a success. It's based on a product with a bad rap, repackaged and spiced up a bit - which I don't mind. Personally I love W7. It's extremely improved MSFT's reputation as a company and I'm loving the way they're moving.

This commercial, however, fails. Just because we're talking about it sure, viral marketing, bla bla bla. That doesn't mean that the ad is good, because, it's bad.
