I think a company has to generate real revenue and have proof that they are continueing to evolve the conept or their patent should not be upheld. It is kind of ridiculous when a no name, no product company gets far more suing a large corporation they they ever would have trying to make software.

As this thread has political implications regarding patent legislation in the USA I'm locking it.
In closing I will say that in this modern day and age, patent, and copyright law, around the world does need to be updated for the modern age. Laws that were written before computers really took off are being abused by companies to further their own operational agendas.
