[Fraps] Fraps 2.9.99 Out!

I can't record a video using FRAPS. Pressing the shorcut key during gaming doesn't work. Program says the video file will be in C:\Fraps but there's nothing there.

I have used this and my FPS from 250 in CSS went donw to 30. Wth am I doin it wrong here. Recorder video for a min and file was 500 MB large. I lold when I saw that.

So lately FRAPS no longer works with Steam games, and neither does my Logitech mouse key-binding software. Shall I blame Steam or does this new version of FRAPS now work with it? Or perhaps I am the only one with this problem?
