Anyway, yeah, I have used it since beta and really like it. Just got my copy of Ultimate for free yesterday at MS's developer launch event.

I mean they did "break" Amazon UK, I guess in terms of sales, I think it's the most pre-order anything right now.

Well my Copy of the Full Version - Windows 7 Home Premium arrived today (£48). I installed the 64-bit DVD, within 20 minutes. It boots just as fast as Windows 7 RC (between 18-25 seconds). It appears to have a small amount of more polish over the RC.

It is much faster than any OS I have used, way better than XP & Vista, and has more features than ever before, its like they have thought of everything, put it in, taken the crap out, and streamlined it into an awesome OS.

Do you guys remember that test? vs XP that has been put on this website testing Win 7's performance over it?, they kept the exact same hardware, but installed 7, and 7 gave all games a 30% boost, just think if you upgraded your hardware too, it leaves XP in the dust gaming wise. I would argue to say Overall too.

I am a very happy customer. By the way I got my Copy from Amazon.co.uk.

Microsoft allowing such a large public BETA really helped in terms of getting people to try out W7 in-depth before buying it.

Oh, yay. Microsoft releases a marginally improved OS and everyone goes nuts. When Vista release there was no fanfare.

It seems really fluid, fast, and stable.

I never had a single issue with Vista. I never really understood why everyone hated it. Except that it's a memory hog, I had zero complaints.

Time for Windows 7
