Nah, if you're going to get a new CPU at least go for a 7/8 series chip. Then you get VT and can OC even more

The sandboxed web browser works fine.... it just takes a few seconds to launch since it has to bring up the VM.

Does anyone know a way to make the VM go to sleep instead of hiberate? I want it ready to go before I open the browser.

From the looks of it, Duckie, you can only have it automatically Hibernate, Shut Down, or Shut Off the VM (see screen shot). It is strange sleep isn't an option since you can put the VM to sleep from the action menu when in the VM. Really I would just suggest opening the sandboxed browser when you first start the computer. I believe from then on it won't hibernate but stay on (as long as the host computer is on). So if you close the sandboxed browser it should open fast like a regular browser if you open it again.

Hmmm... that's sorta silly? Option is possible but not avaliable.

I would get this, but...I can't think of any issues my old programs have working in regular Windows 7 mode...
