That is an issue with the game and not the drivers. Cat 9.9 and updated DirecX worked fine for me.

If the recommended drivers are not working try out the 9.11 betas just make sure you also are using the latest GPUZ 0.3.6 with them.

Already am using the beta...it still has the big cursor problem (which I just found out is very common: http://forums.amd.com/game/messagevi...&enterthread=y), and fullscreen video still causes my entire system to crash.

This sucks. Never being a driver guinea pig again.

Yeah that does suck to have a new card and look forward to new drivers fixing crashes and bugs then being disappointed like that. It sounds like Catalyst may release newer recommended drivers if the 9.10's are not working for you.

There are some new modded drivers that are out, but they seem to be more of a pimped out CCC than for fixes and performance, though I have not tried them yet.

Cell-Systems Enzyme is working on modded drivers right now and they have been using 9.10 betas so far and will be updating them now that official 9.10 has been released. If you want to check them out you can read about them here.

CCC flickers...it's annoying.

EDIT: Anyone know how to turn off VPU recover with these?

Just a heads up. After installing the driver I had a flickering issue, but after a reboot they were gone.

After the 9.11 betas botched up so bad, I'm going to wait for tests and other guinea pigs trying it out before installing them.

And yes, I did try three install methods (plain old uninstall/reinstall, install over old drivers, and Driver Sweeper method)

^Is anyone else wondering why an ATI fire user would have a public catalyst driver installed?

I thought they had tailored drivers...
