7 is very similar to vista but i really like those subtle differences.

I expected to see nothing change but benchmark numbers when i jumped on 7 but its really good.

O, cool.


It's a shame it requires SP2, which requires SP1, which gimps my computer. So I'll just buy a copy of Windows 7 and be done with it. But it is nice to know that if I did want DX11 and stayed on Vista, I could still have it.

I'm saying that when it was released, Vista Ultimate was NOT fine nor seamless. Without the service packs, any version of Vista is crap. However, with Sp1-2, Vista is good.

I'm glad the people who can't afford to spend the money on W7 can still get DX11.

Those who suddenly think Vista is the best OS in the world because they're too stubborn to upgrade to 7, or even try it for that matter really shouldn't be expressing their views in this thread because they're trolling when they do.

If you have Vista that is. It isn't a huge update, but for anyone that doesn't use Vista, it is a nice change.
