I find these OS 'wars' amusing, its not like Windows 7 is so completely amazing it will convince Linux or OSX users to switch back.
In my simplified view its all about: 'compatibility vs. freedom/flexibility vs. simplicity' and people have already chosen which aspect is most important to them.

We already see them on notebooks! What I want to see is MSFT make a distro of Windows for low power computers similar to Ubuntu is a mini-OS of Linux.
