Awesome, so does this mean that my 280 will be able to play Dx11 games in the future? (I am a noob correct me if I am wrong.)

Ever hear of dx9 and 10? Unless by future you mean like many years from now when dx11 is the minimum used, then no.

i'll clarify. What I meant was that when the DX11 games are released, will this enable me to play them?

No you need a DX11 card to play DX11.

At dx11? No, but you can still have playing them at dx9 or 10. Unless, like I said before, many years down the road when dx11 is possibly the minimum standard like dx9 is now.

Thanks for the clarification, too bad Nvidia couldn't release drivers that allow Dx10 cards to play Dx11.

They are not capable of dx11 with drivers or not. It's a hardware limitation. ATI's 2,3,and 4 series on the other can do almost like a hybrid dx11.

Its not the software its the hardware support for DX11 that nVidia is lacking right now.
