well I know you can change the backgrounds, I have 200 wallpapers linked to changed every 5mins, but I'm talking alternating themes, like different theme for every week. I'm saying this because some themes have different sound schemes, and appearance colors.

Well I'm sure it was mentioned once that the first sp1 won't be like previous versions of Windows where it fixed lots of things across the board, they said the Win 7 sp1 would be more like a security/small tweaks/driver additions service pack.

A new SP is always better then no SP I always say. Just because we can't find anything wrong with it doesn't mean hackers can't.

so no detail on what will be IN the SP apart from bugfixes and added drivers?
makes more of a case to stick with Vista.

iirc vista is getting all the updates 7 is. so no point moving off it. personally, i was going to get vista after SP1 but waited for 7.

It will likely contain absolutely nothing, because many businesses are convinced that anything OS Microsoft releases will automatically suck until the first service pack.
