Well with XP losing dedicated support from MS means that Enterprises are going to have to move to the most logical OS going which is Windows 7 due to its advantages over Windows Vista.

Alright. But on a business desktop level, what does Windows 7 offer that Windows XP does not?

I know from a small business perspective, XP will be around until new computers are needed or XP loses support. I can see a lot of companies waiting until the 2014 deadline. By that point in time Microsoft will be close to 2 generations away from 7.

LOL seriously, do these people that write this type of trash even realize how many computers out there are still running NT?
First rule in IT...use off the shelf software and hardware if it can do the job. Businesses may upgrade a few computers from XP (or what ever OS they are running) where they need better security, but even in those cases the network's protocols and firewall(s) will hold more wieght then what OS's are running. Some may upgrade because their IT people can get away with it
