Default [FUD] Windows 7 Outsells Vista By 234% In The US

Quote:
While any user who's had "the pleasure" of running Vista knows this from personal experience, NPD's statistics now shed some light on just how bad the market needed Windows 7.

234% of overall sales or within the time period? Says "For the week of..." but does it just mean that week in the year?

I'm still running Vista and have had no problems at all. A quick upgrade in my memory at Christmas fixed any problems I had and that was planned long before I upgraded. I will be switching to 7 but since SP1 came out for Vista I'm not in any rush.

I'm sick of all these people saying Vista was not horrible.

Maybe it isn't. But compared to Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows 7, VISTA IS A PIECE OF POOPOO. It IS slow, it STILL isn't compatible with lots of crap, it starts up slow, it turns off slow, it is unorganized(not to mention the slowest search out of all the windows).

Windows 7 is a piece of heaven compared to this devil we call Windows Vista. However the devil would probably be better.

Have been running Vista SP2 now for a month straight. No problems, crashes, blue screens, etc ... Everything is top notch. All my older programs run just fine.

Have the windows 7 upgrade sitting here next to me for a week now, but Im happy where I am now, and wont install it just yet.

I'm starting to think that the people who are saying Vista is garbage are all of the people who post reviews on Newegg, list their tech level as high and are complaining about having to RMA their hardware because they don't know how to set it up.
