just an update I will be getting a PA2v2 to review hopefully in the next 2 weeks. A guy from head-fi is sending my his X-fi to mod and along with it he's sending his pa2v2 for me to review  (he saw my same review on [H]ardforum)

Ahhh, Head-Fi. Great forum! BTW, were you at Headfest 2007? I couldn't make it for obvious reasons. One little thing to add to your review, you missed some of the more mainstream amps, like the Total Airhead and Bithead from Headroom, and the Cute series from Firestone Audio.

I have a PA2v2 on its way to me that I'll hopefully get to spend some time with this weekend or next week. I did give the Tomahawk a listen, but didnt' have enough time to compare it with the other amps listed.
