they arent very specific about their specs so i imagine the sound quality is not great... downright horrible compared to the grados or the sen's

and btw do you want them to block out outside noise or do you not care?

i mean that would be nice but id rather have good sound quality. I'd prefer circumaural phones as well.

yeah you will generally get more accurate/realistic sound reproduction with open back headphones that let ambient noise in and your music out. but if you are gonna be listenning to a bunch or rap then some isolation might be better.

then it depends. if you're gonna have a lot of noise in the dorms then you should get closed back or noise canceling so you can actually hear the music if the noise is pretty minimal then open back (like mine and the hd555's) would probably be better

im gonna o try to eat some food... i feel kinda sick. ill be back in a whlie

oh, my bad, well my friend has the pair with the noise dampening buds, Ive listened to them and those things are murder, they are great, aloott of noise, hear them even through the noise dampening things and quality is good too, plus they look mega cool.
