oh and i don't know if it matters but am mostly a high end headset user my current set is
sony mdrs and a set of cuyber acoustics they didn't have on newegg
and as for speakers i just have a $35 logitec 2.1

as i have stated on other thread before...
a good Soundcard will boost Audio Quality even on cheap speakers/headphones.

but to be honest, after using it for a while... u might have this sudden urge to upgrade your speakers tho

Playing with Audio is certainly more contagious than Graphics... trust me... i've been there...

lol i don't know if i will luv them more than vid cards, cuz as u can see i luv me some vid cards i would oc a geforce4 if u gave it to me lol. but i was actually looking for something to improve my proc because this board will not let me do oover 300fsb and i need some folding power lol. so if it will get me some spare proc power its worth it.(question dj.bigbear, i see in ur sig u have down ur sound card as nodded what do u mean?)

lol i was just thinking of getting the subs from a car and running them on a 600w amp on a power supply and 4 speakers running of another 600w lol so that my neighbor cant sleep
