Just thought I'd start a thread for those of us waiting for the first shipments of the Auzentech X-Fi Prelude to come from Korea. The first waive is supposed to be limited and sell quickly, so I don't want to miss out. Apparently, the next shipment won't be until mid September. Anyways, if anyone sees it for sale in the US (not just a pre-order), please post it in this thread

Yes, no problem. I am also eagerly awaiting this card. Although, whether or not I buy one is still up in the air. My computer needs a new GPU first since I already have an X-Fi and don't use DDL yet anyway.

anyone heard word of a possible i/o front bay for this card for future upgrade? if so, i'd dish out 200 bux for this thing and never get another sound card again lol

the fact that it has red and white rca inputs, headphone and mic inputs, and other goodies so that i dont have to reach around the back of my computer all the time to plug and unplug. plus, it will give me something to add to the front bays so it doesnt looks so plain with just my dvd drive.

The only thing you have to reach for in the back is for headphones and microphone. Unless you use all those things on the front bay. Anyway, I'm looking forward to this card too. But I'll stick to my X-Fi for a while.

right, but my tower isnt on top of my desk, its under it in a little space thats meant to put that tower so its kind of in an enclosed area making it hard to to plug and unplug jacks, so if a front bay ever gets developed for it i'll get it, otherwise i'll just get an x-fi fatal1ty platinum.
