Default Z5500 speaker stands?

Just wondering what you guys have. I bought some from Target today and they aren't going to work how I like.....
I guess I have decided that I prefer a stand that just has a square area that allows the speaker to sit without mounting......
Just wondering what everyone has.

Make one. a 4x4 mounted on a base would work for the satellites.

Yea I've seen plenty like those, but I don't think that they will fit without some sort of modification.....I don't feel like having to scrape off all that superglue that is used on the base retainer screw......

I may just make one out of wood as the other person said.....this way I could stain it to match my furniture.....

That's how I have them right now (well two of them) but I would like to have them angled just right........plus the center channel is blocking the infrared port of my TV, so I have to hit it at JUST the right angle......really annoying.

I've decided to make some though.....it will be fun, plus I can have EXACTLY what I want. I like the look of stained wood rather than that crappy metal modern look. That's soooooo overdone nowadays.
