I don't see why there would be any problem if you can just use the install disc that ships with the OEM or download the latest drivers from Creative's website.

Yeash, of course, drivers aren't hard to find. I just wanted to point out that the OEM versions are not identical to the reference versions from a hardware or software standpoint.

I have an OEM Xtreme Music and i currently have no issues with Vista 64bit
