Well the headband on my d2000's broke, so I might as well try a mod now lol. Does anyone know of an earmuff that the d2000 drivers would actually fit in?

I came up with another Idea today for you... and thats to check out some avionics headsets, I was piloting a cesna today when it struck me that they use a standard 1/4" jack for stereo sound, and some odd size for the mic, but if it can block the engine noise, on a small little cesna, I'm pretty sure it is to your standards, and then there is also the stereo sound, although it probably won't be hi-fi... also I suggest just replacing the D2000 headband, don't butcher those great headphones....

Denon doesn't offer replacement parts . I hear they get just barley enough to make the headphones with in the first place.

I did look into the avionics headsets, but they tend to be $500 for questionable audio quality (just designed for speech).
