Headphones
Hey all, not sure if this is in the right place, but I'll get to it anyway.
I'm off to college very soon and I need a good pair of headphones! I would really like it to be a headset, one with a microphone (for playing games). I have no experience in looking for headphones, so I don't know where to start... I'd like to keep it at abot 100$ or less, but more is okay, if it's really worth it. Any good headsets in that range?

Logitech makes good stuff.
Check The Egg for some deals. They always have something like free shipping, discounted prices, etc. Just stay away from bluetooth headphones for gaming, the delay is horrible. They're great for music though

Sennheiser makes some great stuff, and they have plenty of headphones and headsets for well under $100.

THanks for the replies, but after reading part of that guide, I seem to have forgotten to mention I have no soundcard.. lol. What's a good soundcard for about the same price range?

look at the X-FI Xtreme Gamer or Xtreme Music (discontinued) great sound cards for their relative price points...
