Default Razer Barracuda HP-1 setup Assistance

Ok so I have set up the Barracuda HP-1 headset but now I hear some static or some small noise coming from the right side and I cannot hear anything from the right side. My creative volume panel shows it as being 2 speakers in a 2.1 configuration when it should be 5.1. I also hear some hissing noise coming from the right speakers.

Ok so now the speakers work. Seems all I needed to do was take it out and replug it in and configure in sounds 5.1. But my volume control bar (with clip) doesnt glow.

Yes. Headphones light up but the center of the volume controls doesn't.

Yeah its probably a dud light. If you hate it rma it its not really a huge deal though. Optionally you could take it apart to see whats up.

i recommend returning the product. i love the sound out of mine. but i struggled (and failed) to super glue mine last night since they broke on the right ear in 2 spots.. (the metal cracked....)

for the price you paid the sound is great. but the quality is not there... ditch them now before you regret it
