Default 2.0-2.1 Speakers

Hey audio peeps, the g/f wants some good speakers for under $100.

We went in to circuit city and she liked these, but of course, no specs on the box.

Clicky

After reading the reviews about a lot of bass from these 2.0, I didn't worry, b/c she loves bass.

Any other recommendations? I tried to recommend her these in the store: Clicky

But she didn't really say anything about them and just continued to look at others. I told her you cant really do a lot of the picking from a store because they may have a bad connection/setup, so she understands that. She also stated she wouldn't mind have a sub woofer.

Suggestions? Comments?

Thanks in advanced!

I wanted to get the Companion 2. but bass was pretty low for my taste so i got the companion 3. But the clarity is amazing with bose. I dont know anything about the logitech.
But it looks like if you want more bass go with the logitech

Edit: Go to bestbuy or circuitcity and check the sample speakers out. It would be a good idea
