After reading the replies this this thread, I think I might actually want to go for a new sound card instead of a new pair of headphones. I will just get the headphones after I get some more money. Thanks for the replies though, as I will keep the suggested headphones in mind!
Now - Can anyone recommend me a pretty decent sound card for under $100? ![]()

I'd go with the x-fi titanium. Once that's said and done, some nice Senn's will fit the bill.

id get the striker. then spend all the extra money for a good pair of headphones. but then again, if you would be willing to spend around $150 more, id say get the astro a40 headset. it comes with a mixamp and sounds fantastic even without a soundcard. then again, getting a soundcard seems to be a safe bet.
