I got an iPod touch that I want to return, problem is, I have to ship it to the nearest apple store which is like 75 km away.

I have the cardboard box I got it shipped to me in, can I use that to ship it back too?

How expensive do you think this would be?

What do you think I should give as the value of the product, am I going to get charged a lot of money if I give its full value?

reuse the box and i would say if shipping is anything like it is at USPS it will be like $9 with insurance

Pack the ipod and contents into thebox, go to your post office, tell em you gotta ship it to so and so, and they should give you a parcel bag or something and tell you the price. Prices differ in different places.

Sometimes if you ask nicely, Apple will send you a prepaid box or UPS code. I know Ultra did that for me. Free 1000w PSU ftw

yeah, when I had to send my ipod nano in, I called apple up, told them the issue, did all the basic trouble shoots, told them how it happened, and then they shipped me a prepaid box... and I put it in the box, and 2 days later I got a new nano replacement (probably refurbished or whatever, but still works to this day (nano black 1st gen 4GB))
