Default Audioengine A5's?

Just wondering who's got these speakers and how you like them. I've read a lot of good things about them. I still haven't made up my mind for my sound system for my comp so I'm still looking around.

Anyone have a sub hooked up to these? I heard they have a decent amount of bass w/o a sub, is that true? Anyone have problems with theirs? also heard its good a wide range of music....anyone disagree? Anyone better for the same amount of money?

Thanks!

I've heard good things, and if you want simple they are nice, but personally I would get a pair of speakers and an amp. They'll be more versatile and easily can be used if you decide to go surround sound, or want to use the speakers in a bedroom or 2nd system.

I'd suggest a pair of ELT525M's from av123 and a Gizmo from Tweak City Audio
