Definately. the Harx 700/900 are suposed to be way ahead of their prices.

I think that is a gread soundcard and a good upgrade too but im interested in your speakers? Those headphones are suposed to be on par with dearer headphones but i still think you should save for something better

But if thats the budget then go for it, you can always upgrade your headphones later on
