All mp3 players are the same, and all the headphones that come with them are junk.

IMO, there's no point in stressing out about sound quality when all your wanting to do is listen to MP3s. For walking/exercising/in-car/whatever, they're gonna sound alright.

Just pick whatever player most appeals to you based on look, functionality, storage and price, slap some 320KB MP3s on there and your good to go.
