Default Sennheiser HD 25-SP II need FLAC

I just today picked up the above headphones, paid 85 for them at my work. I gotta say these are freakin' awesome, i've never owned any high end headphones (unless a razer barracuda counts, i don't think so) and it's pretty astounding how good these sound. Now i need some advice in encoding audio. I'm using WMA lossless atm to rip cds as i only have wmp as my media player now. I've heard flac is the best to use, what programs (preferably free) are best for ripping to this format? Also is there any way i can get my zune to play this format.

You have to download the FLAC converter first. After that, use EAC to rip the music into wavs (or another uncompressed file type) and then using foobar, convert the music into flac.

nope eac will do that all for you.

you download eac then go

file

compresion options
extenal compresion
then type in .FLAC into the first open space
then brows the eac files for flac.exe
then copy this exactly into the next open space

-T "artist=%a" -T "title=%t" -T "album=%g" -T "date=%y" -T "tracknumber=%n" -T "genre=%m" %s

then select the highest bitrate.
delete wav
use crc check
add id3 tag
high quality.

and there you go you will have direct flac rip without having to re encode.
