Default what would you buy ???
i recently sold my creative T7900 7.1 speakers ( because t someone payd me double the price ) and i find myself now trying to decide whether to buy the G51 or to buy the t7900 again

i really love 7.1 ( specially in games that support it Grid, crysis, battlefield 2142 ) the effects are amazing with the x fi

but the g51 seem to have more power than the t7900, i also do a bit of djing, so from the way they look i think that the g51 sound have somewhat more quality


can anyone tell me would i really miss the 2 side speakers ???
and are the g51 really that good ????

I think 7.1 is a waste too. I play, record, and deal with music a lot, and it's just... I dunno, just kinda indistinguishable from 5.1 maybe.

Anyway, I don't know a blasted thing about the G51, I prefer Klipsch stuff for high end audio. But, my friend, Google is full of literally gazillions of opinions. Seems like the G51 is generally well liked.

The G51 are alright but you should see if you can find the Z5300's on amazon or ebay or something - those were a bit better and, I believe, cheaper than the G51.
