Default logitech x-540

Hi fellas I just got a sennheiser hd 555 headphones and I can't plug it into my control pod because the headphone jack is slanted if you look from the side. I can't plug it all the way so I hear some sound coming from the speaker and some from my headphone. What are my option here? Thanks.

Contact them and see if you can just replace the control pod, usually they'll send you a whole new unit.
