Well I broke down and bought a sound card, and well, I have to have my Z2300s at absolute max to hear music at a quiet level, I like louder, but this will suffice, but I have my speakers at MAX volume and it isn't very loud..
![]() I think it has something to do with that slider but I can't move it, any way to unlock the slider? Edit: yes, the volume slider in windows is max.

Do you have the latest drivers? If so, try going back one version and see if it solves ur problem. also check ofcourse whether the cables are all secure and maybe reseating the card might be ur last shot.

Not sure about the drivers, and I've reseated the card, all cables are in snugly.
Wait... do I need to have power to this card?
